Based on the outskirts of Manchester, UK Richard Dawson has worked in Theatre, TV and Film for over 20 years including stints as Art Director and Production Designer for BBC Drama. He was head of props for Hot Animation before going freelance and often works in collaboration with prosthetic artists, costume makers and armourers.

His making work includes:

He has a good working knowledge of interactive technology, digital programming, engineering and mechanics and enjoys the challenge of producing high quality work to TV and Film's often very tight deadlines.
